Thank you for your request for public records.
In accordance with ORS 192.324, the Board has unanimously adopted a policy to assess reasonable fees for the time required to locate, compile, and prepare documents for release. As such, a fee of $25.00 per hour will be applied for the time spent fulfilling your request.
If you wish to proceed, we will prepare an estimate outlining the time required and the total cost. This amount must be paid in advance before any documents can be released. Once we receive confirmation and payment, we will begin processing your request.
